Red, Yukon Gold and White potatoes a much waxier than their starchy counterparts the Russet Potato. Waxy potatoes are used in salads and soups. They come in all shapes and sizes. Size A is large, B is medium, C is small, and they even come in marble size. They come in many different presentations. Loose in 50lbs bags or boxes and in poly bags, anywhere from 1lb to 5lbs.
